Hesap ve veri silme

FishMaps hesabını ve ilişkili verilerini istediğin an silebilirsin. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.

Hızlı yol: uygulamada Kaptan sekmesi (profilin) → Destek & Yasal → Hesabı sil.

Uygulamaya giremiyorsan hesabının e-postasından yaz:

1. Uygulamadan silme (önerilen, anında)

FishMaps'i aç ve giriş yap.
Kaptan sekmesi (profilin) → Destek & Yasal → Hesabı sil (ya da Kaptan → Ayarlar → Destek & Yasal).
Ne silineceğini oku, onay kutusuna SİL yaz ve "Hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil"e dokun.
Hesabın hemen silinir ve oturumun kapanır.

Hesabının kayıtlı e-posta adresinden fishmapss@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder.
E-postada hesabının e-posta adresini ve (biliyorsan) kullanıcı adını yaz. Kimliğini doğrulamak için gerekirse ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sana e-postayla bildiririz.

Hesap ve giriş bilgileri (e-posta, şifre özeti, Google bağlantısı), profil, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı.
Avlar, fotoğraflar, gönderiler, yorumlar, beğeniler, reels, meralar ve kayıtlı yerler, seyir defteri ve av günlüğü, çıkışlar.
Telsiz mesajları ve ses kayıtları, ekip üyelikleri ve mesajları, kurduğun ekipler, arkadaşlıklar ve engellemeler.
Konum kayıtları ve görünürlük tercihi, SOS kayıtları, bildirim jetonları ve bildirimler, ev bölgesi bilgileri, uygulama içi abonelik hakları, destek mesajların.
Hakkında yapılmış şikayetler ve moderasyon notları.

Diğer üyeler hakkında yaptığın şikayetler, senin kimliğinden ayrılarak (anonim) moderasyon kaydı olarak kalabilir.
Sunucu yedekleri 7 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Satın alma kayıtları Google Play ve RevenueCat'te, kendi yasal saklama sürelerine göre tutulur.

Hesabı silmek Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Silmeden önce Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal et: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?package=com.fishmaps.app

Effective date: 13 October 2026

You can delete your FishMaps account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Quick way: in the app, Captain tab (your profile) → Support & Legal → Delete account.

If you cannot open the app, write from your account email:

Open FishMaps and sign in.
Captain tab (your profile) → Support & Legal → Delete account (or Captain → Settings → Support & Legal).
Read what will be deleted, type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap "Permanently delete my account".
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

From your account's email address, send an email to fishmapss@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include your account email address and (if you know it) your username. We may ask for extra information to verify it is you.
We complete the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

Account and sign-in data (email, password hash, Google link), profile, username, profile photo.
Catches, photos, posts, comments, likes, reels, spots and saved places, logbook and fishing diary, outings.
Radio messages and voice recordings, crew memberships and messages, crews you created, friendships and blocks.
Location records and visibility setting, SOS records, push tokens and notifications, home region data, in-app subscription entitlements, your support messages.
Reports and moderation notes about you.

Reports you made about other members may remain as a moderation record, separated from your identity (anonymised).
Server backups are deleted automatically within 7 days.
Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own legal retention periods.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Before deleting, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?package=com.fishmaps.app
